Adam & Eve

I am inspired by stories and legends of old, in this piece I took on the biblical story of Adam & Eve.

I am interested in the message of this story, how the human condition expresses emotions and actions. The Adam and Eve story has the message of losing our innocence and being tempted by evil influences represented by the serpent. This story has come away from the original version as research has shown, that there really was a Garden of Eden but Adam was a king , and there wasn’t any written proof of Eve in this story, the New Testament brought the story we all know. They may have wanted to warn the people of the consequences of behaving in a way that can harm society.

The well-known version gives food for thought in our modern day society also.
